* The Terra Bambino website supports multiple "ship to" addresses from the same order. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and applied (see rates above) to each shipping address requested.
Standard Shipping & Handling -U.S.
In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours. When you order from our web site, you will find out right away whether the items you want are in stock. Standard shipping and handling rates vary according to the amount of purchase and can be found in the table at the right.

Express Delivery
Orders will normally be delivered three business days after we receive them— for the standard rate plus $8 (This applies only to items in stock at time of order). Express delivery service is not available to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or on certain items noted on the web site or in the catalog and excludes personalized, oversized, or altered items which may require additional handling.

Next Day Service
If you place your order by 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday, (or by 3 pm EST for rods and reels) your order will be delivered the next business day--for the standard rate plus $16. Next Day Service is not available to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or on certain items noted on the web site or in the catalog and excludes personalized, oversized, or altered items which may require additional handling.
 
Oversize Item Delivery
A surcharge (noted in parentheses following the price) will be added to the regular shipping charge for items that are large or extra heavy. Delivery is provided to your door. Setup and assembly are not included. Please provide your daytime phone number when ordering, in case the item requires freight service delivery, by appointment. The service is only available in the contiguous 48 states. No gift-wrap or express delivery available.

Alaska and Hawaii orders will be assessed a $10 surcharge.

Canadian Deliveries:
Surface shipping and handling is 25% of the total order amount or a minimum of $25 (allow 7-10 days for delivery). Delivery by air is 35% (allow up to 5 days for delivery).
For Canadian customers only, delivery charges include duties and taxes. For all other international orders, import duties are the buyer' responsibility.

Shipping/Handling and Delivery - International

International Orders:
Payment may be made by credit card or check in U.S. Funds payable by a U.S. bank.
In order to ensure proper delivery, the recipient's phone number is required for international shipments.

International Deliveries:
Shipping/Handling charges on international orders are as follows:
additional $30 for orders under $100
additional $55 on orders up to $200
additional $70 on orders up to $300
additional 20% of merchandise total on orders over $300

This does not include any import duties which are the buyer's responsibility.
*Please allow 14-21 days for international orders to arrive.
