Return Policy ...

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by TerraBambino.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must contact us at helpdesk@terrabambino.com prior to your return shipment for approval. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If it is not our error, then you will pay for return shipping. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Custom quilts may NOT be returned as they are made specifically per order. Regular quilts may be returned the same as products above.
